Netivot Aliya was founded by Miriam and Ari Heitner. They launched Netivot Aliya through Aminadav to smooth the integration path and give young women extra resources as they transition into independent adults in Israel. By encouraging girls to serve in Hebrew as much as possible, and providing a supportive “home base,” the program helps olot build their own identity and find their own path to Aliya.
