Our philosophy
At Aminadav we believe every young person has something to give — and that everyone deserves a framework that believes in them and walks beside them, step by step. For four decades we have placed thousands of volunteers in hundreds of service positions across Israel, accompanying each one personally — from the first interview to the very last day of service.
That belief gave rise to our special tracks: support programs for at-risk youth and for young people with disabilities, Netivot Aliya for English-speaking olot, accompaniment for the Arab and Druze community, and midrashot and garinim that combine learning, community and volunteering under one roof. Each track is built around a real need in the field — and around the young people themselves.
A gift to Aminadav is a direct investment in people. It funds the personal mentorship of
our coordinators, the training and enrichment days, the warm-home apartments, and the scholarships that let a young person choose service even when it isn’t a given. Every shekel reaches the field — and gives back to the community far beyond itself.
